Steps to Fix AOL not Receiving Emails Problem

- Firstly, make sure you’ve upgraded from older AOL desktop to Desktop Gold. In case, you’re still using older Desktop version, it’s time to download Desktop gold and install it.
- Secondly, check that the person is using your correct email address. Followed by this, check if the mails are received in the spam folder.
- In case, the spam folder has the emails, shift them to inbox by selecting the “Not Spam” button.
- However, if none of the issues relates to your AOL mail problems then, most probably your AOL is rejecting/blocking those emails. So, re-configure your outgoing SMTP settings to resolve the issue.
